OvaFlow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OvaFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and the OvaFlow Privacy Policy. Do not use OvaFlow if you do not agree.

2. Educational Purpose; Not Medical Advice

OvaFlow provides cycle tracking, symptom logging, reminders, and educational PCOS risk information. OvaFlow is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or professional medical advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medications, fertility, or other medical decisions. Seek appropriate emergency assistance for urgent health concerns.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. You may authenticate through email and password, Google, or Apple. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person’s account without permission.

4. User Content and Health Information

You retain responsibility for information you enter into OvaFlow. You grant OvaFlow permission to process that information as needed to provide app features, including offline storage, cloud synchronization, and assessment processing.

5. AI-Generated Information

AI-generated scores and explanations may contain errors, limitations, or incomplete information. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for medical or other important decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt OvaFlow’s services except where law permits.
• Use OvaFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Submit malicious code or deliberately false information intended to damage the service.

7. Availability and Changes

OvaFlow may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Offline behavior, synchronization, predictions, reminders, and third-party services may be unavailable or delayed.

8. Third-Party Services

OvaFlow relies on third-party services for authentication, cloud infrastructure, hosting, and AI processing. Their availability and terms may affect OvaFlow.

9. Disclaimers

OvaFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Predictions and reminders may be inaccurate, delayed, or missed. Always use independent judgment for health and safety decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OvaFlow and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

11. Termination

You may stop using OvaFlow at any time. OvaFlow may suspend access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after updated terms are published may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
